Early on in my professional career, I realised that one thing drives me above all: combining quality with an entrepreneurial mindset to create real added value for customers. As a certified quality manager, I have developed a deep understanding of processes, standards, and structures — but practical experience has always been just as important to me. Direct interaction with customers and the ability to communicate even complex solutions in a clear and convincing manner have shaped my career to this day.
For many years, I have been working at the interface between technology, sales, and management. My focus is on developing sustainable solutions that really help companies move forward — whether these solutions involve financial management, customs or foreign trade, or customised software based on Business Central. I am never interested in short-term success, but instead in long-term partnerships, trust, and reliability.
As a managing director, I see my role not only in defining strategies, but most of all in creating conditions in which teams can take responsibility, develop, and grow together. Oliver Gäng
My passion for digital transformation sparked my career in digital marketing over 25 years ago. In the early 2000s, I founded my first online marketing agency and gained valuable experience in brand building, product marketing, performance marketing, and automation. Later, as Head of Digital Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer at Cryptshare (now Pointsharp), I led marketing strategies and drove company growth with innovative approaches. In short: marketing operations that delivered measurable results.
In September 2024, I returned to my entrepreneurial roots as Associate CEO of a growing digital agency. Together with my team, I am working to develop it into one of the leading specialised digital agencies in southwestern Germany.

Dominik Lehr
My first encounter with the FlexiFlow team made me curious to find out whether an agile “no code” solution would be justified in the context of service and roll-out processes. “Low code” was already old hat and had only enjoyed limited success, as most projects had failed due to the need for additional individual and project-related programming.
The more I learned about the development and its background, the clearer it became to me that there were enormous opportunities for companies and their end users. After some preparation and the acquisition of a majority stake in the company, I am delighted to have been involved in the further development and distribution of FlexiFlow in Europe since October 2025.
Together with our reliable team of developers, sales, and marketing, we work to establish digital service structures for large and medium-sized companies. The focus here is on cost efficiency, high quality, and thus ensuring the value chain of our customers.
